With over 14 years of experience in financial services, Guillaume has performed transformation projects in banks and insurers in over 20 countries in Asia, Europe and Africa.
He has an international perspective on the digital transformation of the industry and the increasing role of data to shape this transformation from standard operational efficiency (Leans six sigma, Business process management, Lean management) to new technology implementation (End-2-end digital process reengineering, process mining, new analytics & visualization tools).
He will share his perspective on the challenges encountered by financial institutions and how data management solution can help to overcome some of these difficulties.

James is currently the Head of Asset Services - Asia excluding Japan, Operations with Nomura International Hong Kong.
